The Terms & Conditions below apply to all services provided by Cindy Ritmeester, operating as NaturalSoul (“NaturalSoul”) to any individual or organization (“The Client”) and constitute the contract for services to be provided by NaturalSoul for The Client.
In return for the fees payable by The Client, NaturalSoul agrees to provide its services in accordance with the terms & conditions set out below. Receipt of our signed contract/proposal, constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
* Corporate Sessions
Online Group Energy Coaching for Employee Well-Being
After your booking – which constitutes of a proposal and these terms & conditions created by NaturalSoul and which are both to be signed and sent back by email by The Client – you will receive a confirmation of your booking as well as the first invoice by email.
50% of the program fee must be paid before the program starts. An invoice will be sent by email once the proposal and terms & conditions have been signed by The Client. The invoice must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date (first payment). Should you refrain to do so, then your booking is no longer valid. The other 50% of the program fee must be paid within 14 days after the last online group session (second payment) for which a second invoice will be sent by email within 3 days after the last online group session.
After receiving your first payment, the online group sessions will be scheduled in advance and in mutual agreement during a specific and agreed upon time period.
The Client can rearrange a session once, with three working days notice in writing by email.
Should NaturalSoul have to re-arrange a session due to illness, an emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, then NaturalSoul will endeavor to give The Client at least 48 hours notice in writing by email. Unforeseen circumstances can however not always guarantee this time period.
Refunds are not possible in case The Client cancels the booking after the first payment has been completed.
Should NaturalSoul have to cancel the booking due to exceptional and unforeseen circumstances such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement etc., then NaturalSoul may no longer be available for (further) sessions and may have to terminate the service. Under such circumstances NaturalSoul will communicate the reason for said early termination with The Client in writing by email. If the first payment has already been made yet the first session has not been delivered yet, then a full refund of the first payment will be made. If the first payment has already been made and the first session or several sessions have already been delivered, then NaturalSoul will refund the value of the remaining sessions (at pro-rata package rate).
NaturalSoul will treat all information divulged by, or discussed with The Client with the utmost of respect and confidentiality.
Any materials or resources (including electronic materials or resources) offered to the client are the sole property of NaturalSoul. All rights reserved. No portion of those resources may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means – electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, scanning or other – except for brief quotations in reviews or articles, without NaturalSoul’s prior written consent.
Cindy Ritmeester, Energy Coach, from NaturalSoul will provide powerful inspiration, motivation & personalized support for her clients, but is not responsible for any specific results for her clients. Energy coaching is always a co-creation between a coach & client. The Client always is and remains responsible for his/her decisions, action, commitment, transformation and results.
My online energy coaching is not suitable for creative companies who have a long-term issue with a high sick leave rate or high burn-out rate. My services are not a replacement for any medical or therapeutic treatment and therefore not suitable in case of a serious physical illness, depression or burn-out.
* Individual sessions
Online 1:1 Energy Coaching
After your booking – which constitutes of an email from The Client with a request for the service they would like to book – you will receive a confirmation of your booking, the invoice and these terms & conditions by email.
Your full payment must be completed within 7 days after the invoice date and before the start of your first session. Should you refrain to do so, then your spot as a 1:1 coaching client is no longer guaranteed. After receiving your payment, the online session(s) will be scheduled in advance and in mutual agreement.
Both The Client and NaturalSoul have the right to re-arrange sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the session(s) cannot be rescheduled by NaturalSoul – due to long-term unforeseen circumstances such as illness, bereavement etc. – and the payment has already been completed, then the full fee is reimbursed. If the payment has already been completed and the sessions have already started, and the remaining sessions cannot be given by NaturalSoul due to long-term unforeseen circumstances, then NaturalSoul will refund the value of the remaining sessions (at pro-rata package rate).
