I am your private intuition coach & relaxation expert for 2 mornings. I will come to your Ibiza holiday home for your sessions with me.
Day 1: Free Your Mind!
I will first guide you in a deep relaxation session, including body & breath awareness exercises, self-massage and de-stress yoga for head-neck-shoulders
After a short break, I will guide you in a powerful soul meditation that will instantly:
– Free your mind from stress, pressure, overwhelm
– Create mental & emotional space for you
– Open your heart & activate your intuition
I will also give you a fully personalized power mantra – an affirmation that you can use anywhere/anytime to empower yourself and I will pull a goddess card with a personal intuitive message just for you
My soul meditation is a powerful energetic shift from your mind to your heart and very popular among my clients who feel deeply relaxed, clear, free & empowered after this experience with me
Day 2: Clarity, inspiration & an expanded perspective on life
After a short – yet equally powerful – relaxation session, I will use intuitive power coaching so you become crystal clear on:
